Bye Seatool

Saturday turned out to be my last dive with the seatool. :( When we got home there was a loan Aquatica housing for Hubby to use while he is waiting for his new Nauticam.( he was a bit desperate to get the new D7 underwater.)I,m sure he will tell you all about it.
I am sad to be saying goodbye to the Seatool but it is going to a good home. I hope Mrs Mick T will enjoy using it like I did. These are a couple of the last pics I took with it.

This was the smallest mantis shrimp I have seen for a while

On Sunday I finally got my hands on the Subal with the 50D. :D The water is officially freezing up here at the moment and it is really dirty so conditions were not real good for the new toy but after lots of fiddling with dials and knobs :? I managed to get a few shots I am happy with.

This Westraliensis is not out of focus , it is just a bit of crud on his nose.

Mary, looks like you got the hang of that big boy already. We look forward to seeing what else you can do with it.

cheers

Very nice Mary. With both you and Gudge sporting new toys, I can see the standard of photos on WAD is only going to go up, up, up! :D

Sorry Mick.

Lots of other toys out there. Hubby will be down around 15th March. Do you want him to bring the Seatool with him or do you want us to mail it down?
